Online Personal Training is a service that includes an introductory Skype session that can last as long as 45-60 minutes. During this session we will discuss your current exercise program, past history, current aches and pains. Most importantly we will talk about what you want to accomplish, this exercise plan will be tailored towards YOU! Once your exercise program begins we will meet weekly and make small changes throughout the process.
Each program is individualized, tailored towards your needs and wants. I'm a big believer that custom programs help the most.
