This is a specially designed fitness plan that is easy to follow yet yields great results.
During this program you will be weight training 3 days a week and performing cardio
sessions 2 days a week. I will teach you the basic exercises in our coaching session,
every week and a half. We will discuss how things went the week before and how
your exercise sessions are going. Specifically what is going well and what is not
working and needs to be changed. Continuous contact will allow for maximal results
due to exercise program personalization.
